     【摘要】目的：探讨利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈完成开腹筋膜内子宫切除术的应用价值。方法：对126例需切除子宫的良性病变患者利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈完成开腹筋膜内全子宫切除术。结果：手术成功率100%。结论：利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈行开腹筋膜内子宫切除术安全有效，且具有损伤小、手术时间短、出血少、恢复快等优点。

    【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the value of transabdominal intrafacia hysterectomy with laparoscopic instruments to process cervical.Methods: The 126 patients who needed hysterectomy because of benigh gynecological change were performed the operation of transabdominal intrafacia hysterectomy with laparoscopic instruments to process cervical.Results:It was successful in performed all the cases(100%).Conclusions: The transabdominal intrafacia hysterectomy with laparoscopic instruments to process cervical was safe and effective. The advantages of the operation are a small operative wound,a short operation time,a short hospitalication,a small amount of bleeding during the operation, a quick recovery etc. ......
