柱形藻酸钙载体制备及复合兔膝关节软骨细胞的初步观察

    摘 要:目的 构建用于软骨组织工程研究的新型细胞载体. 方法 通过向一定浓度的藻酸钠中加入二价阳离子并置入特殊模具中,经冷冻、脱水等处理,获得圆柱形藻酸钙载体,并复合软骨细胞观察. 结果 制备的藻酸钙载体具有网眼状结构,孔隙为60~160μm,嵴上并可见10~20μm的小洞.复合细胞组可见网眼中有数目不等的软骨细胞. 结论 柱形藻酸钙载体初步具备作为软骨细胞载体的条件,可用于软骨组织工程的研究.

    Fabrication of calcium alginate column scaffold for cartilage tissue engineering

    Abstract:AIM To fabricate a new polymer scaffold for the research on tissue engineering.METHODS Calcium algi-nate column was obtained by frozen and dehydration of com-posite of sodium alginate and calcium gluconate.The column structure of SEM was examined.Construct of the column and chondrocytes was also examined by toluidine blue stain-ing and SEM.RESULTS The calcium alginate column showed mesh structure with smaller holes in the wall.A number of chondrocytes could be seen among the nets.CON┐CLUSION As a material for chondrocyte scaffold ......
