    INTRODUCTION

    From1986-07to1999-09，colonoscopy was parformed in3800patients.Among them only one pa-tient was found to have polyp-bridge at end-ileum.There was only one case report of post-inflammatory polyps with incom-plete bridge(Fig1) [1] in the titerature.Compared with that photo(incomplete bridge)provided in that book，our one(Fig2)is more typical.
