【摘要】 目的 促进循证医学理论在唐氏综合征产前筛查试验中的应用。方法 利用国际流行病学临床研究标准来指导试验，对筛查技术的科学性、有效性、实用性进行系统综合评价，提出国内开展唐氏综合征产前筛查临床试验存在的主要问题。结果 循证医学理论对临床试验研究有重要指导意义。结论 推行规范化的临床试验研究势在必行，有关指南应尽快起草，以规范检查程序，减少医疗资源浪费，提高筛查效率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To promote the application of evidence-based medicine theroy in prenatal screening test for Down’s syndrome. Methods According to the international epidemiology clinic research standard，we carry on a comprehensive evaluation of prenatal screening technology on science，efficacy，evaluation for clinical applicability，and point out the key problem in domestic prenatal screening test.
