摘要: 目的: 评价中药血管栓塞剂天冬胶的血液相容性。 方法: 实验组分别用天冬胶0.3，0.5ml，各制备3个平行样。阴性对照组用生理盐水，阳性对照组用蒸馏水。每个试管内加2%兔红细胞混悬液，90min后于576nm波长处测每个试管的吸光度。 结果: 0.3，0.5ml天冬胶的溶血率分别为0.09%、2.41%，小于5%。 结论: 所研制的中药血管栓塞剂天冬胶无溶血反应。

    The Haemolytic Experiment of Asparagus Colloid

    Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the blood compatibility of Asparagus Colloid used as vascular embolization agent.Methods:Experimental group included0.3ml and0.5ml Asparagus Colloid，while the normal saline was used as negative control and distilled water as positive control.Two percent red blood cell suspension of rabbit was added to every sample of which the absorption at576nm wave-length was measured after90minutes.Results:The hemolytic rates of0.3ml and0.5ml Asparagus Colloid were0.09%and2.41% ......
