【摘要】 目的 探讨中药注射液不良反应的规律和特点，旨在推进中药注射液的安全使用。方法 对国内近年来中药注射液不良反应的文献报道进行整理、归纳和分析。结果 中药注射液的不良反应发生时间较早，与性别、年龄无关，临床表现主要为过敏反应，引发的因素也是多样性的。结论 临床应用中药注射液时应辨证论治，避免联合用药，控制滴速。
