【摘要】 外科手术治疗脏器实体肿瘤是其主要手段，合理的实行放射治疗和化学药物治疗，对肿瘤患者进行综合治疗，达到提高疗效，改善预后，已经得到充分肯定。目前，在综合治疗中如何极大程度的降低损伤，如何极大程度的提高疗效，已成为临床医学研究的重点课题。尤其在肿瘤手术治疗中不可回避的创伤因素越来越明显时，不能可靠地将综合治疗紧密的结合在一起，迫使肿瘤患者的手术治疗失去了有效的连续性。中药在肿瘤综合治疗中发挥了重要的作用。中药的本质是一群组合的天然化合物，中药的特点是它的多结构、多组分、多靶点和多功能性；中药的研究重点是不同结构和不同组分的生物功能。例如，双灵固本散在肿瘤手术治疗中能达到辅助杀灭残散癌细胞的作用，预防和降低癌转移；提高患者免疫功能，提高患者手术应激能力，减少术后并发症，实施术后早期抗癌治疗的连续性作用，明显降低综合治疗的损伤，显著提高疗效，可靠的改善预后的目的，发挥中药的生物功能作用。

    【Abstract】 The surgical operation for treating solid tumor has been a major therapy, and it has been confirmed that the radiation therapy and chemical therapy combined with operation used to treat the cancer patients from a comprehensive point of view has the advantages of improving efficacy and prognosis. It has become a key issue of the clinical medical research on decreasing the injure to a large extent and to enhance the curative effect greatly in the integrated treatment, the issue remains to be hot topic especially on the occasion that the surgical operation will inevitably causes a lot of factors that cause injuries, the integrated treatment seems to be unable to combine together closely, and the effective continuity of operation turned out to blocked. In this context, the Chinese medicine are playing important roles in the integrative therapy. The essence of the Chinese medicine is a group of the combination of natural compounds with the characteristics of multi-structure, multi-ingredients, multi-target and multi-function, the study of the Chinese medicine focus on the biological function of different structure and different ingredients. For example: as a Chinese herb, Sunrecome exhibits biological function in killing the remaining cancer cell adjunctively, Sunrcome has the functions of prevent and decrease metastasis of the cancer, improving the immunity function of patients, raise their response, decrease possibility of complications after operation. It can help to continually effect the anti-tumor treatment in the early stage after operation, meanwhile, it will alleviate the injury resulting from integrated therapies and improving the efficacy and prognosis. ......
