【摘要】 目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)对睡眠中心血管的影响。方法 应用多导睡眠监测仪监测66例患者夜间血压、心律的动态变化，并以20例健康者作为对照。结果 OSAS患者早搏发生的次数频繁和血压升高，与对照组比较，两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)；且病情严重，发生早搏的次数更加频繁，血压升高更明显。结论 OSAS可导致心血管系统的异常。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) on cardiovascular disease during sleep.Methods Polysomnography has been performed on 66 patients with OSAS，the changes of nocturnal blood pressure and cardiac rhythm were observed and 20 cases in normal group.Results The number of premature beats and blood pressure in patients with OSAS were increased significantly compared with normal group(P<0.05) and increased gradually along with aggravating condition.Conclusion The results indicated that obstructive sleep apnea syndrome was easy to lead to the abnormality of cardiovascular system. ......
