【摘要】 目的 研究恶性肿瘤患者的免疫状态及其治疗前后免疫功能状态变化。方法 使用荧光标记全血溶血法，用流式细胞术检测50例癌症病人外周血淋巴细胞亚型抗原表达，并对其中的10例应用免疫增强剂治疗观察前后表达结果并对结果进行比较。结果 (1)恶性肿瘤的CD3+、CD4+细胞及CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)，但CD8+显著增多(P<0.01)。(2)10例治疗后CD3+、CD4及CD4+/CD8较治疗前明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01并且CD3+/HLA-DR+、CD3-/HLA-DR+细胞也显著增接。结论 恶性肿瘤患者免疫状态有缺陷，本文对10例晚期患者实行免疫治疗有效。此外，流式细胞术检测外周血淋巴细胞亚型抗原表达并可作为肿瘤患者免疫治疗的监测手段。

    The lymphocytic function changes of malignant tumor patitients by flow cytometry analysis

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of flow cytometry for the changes of multiple immune indexes in peripheral blood of malignant tumor patients and the clinic value of the indexes for the immunotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods Flow cytometry was employed for determining eight indexes, including CD3、4、8 and its ratio of 50 malignant tumor patients and 31 healthy persons. Furthermore, the results before and after immunotherapy of 10 patients were compared. Results Immune function of malignant tumor patients is generally disordered.(1)Both the cell immunity and the body fluid immunity are low. (2)The level of active T lymphocytes are greatly high with the control(P<0.01). (3)For the ten cases who received immunotherapy, which have statistic difference compared by that before the course (P<0.01). Conclusion Determining lymphocytes antigens by flow cytometry provides an effective basis for evaluating the immune function of tumor patients in clinic. Immunotherapy can be active T lymphocyte so as to improve immune function. ......
