【摘要】 目的 探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀降脂治疗对冠心病患者的预后影响。方法 将我院2002年1月～2003年1月所有临床确诊的冠心病患者于住院后采集空腹静脉血测血脂，对总胆固醇(TC)≥4.6mmol/L和(或)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)≥2.6mmol/L患者随机分为辛伐他汀10mg组(n=77)和20mg组(n=76)，进行治疗并对比研究。结果 两组病人均能有效的降低冠心病患者血清TC及LDL-C水平，其中20mg剂量组优于10mg组，同时20mg组比10mg组冠心病事件、再住院人次、再住院日均有明显下降，经统计学分析差异有显著性。结论 两种剂量辛伐他汀均能安全有效降低冠心病患者的TC及LDL-C，且20mg组优于10mg组。
