摘要: 目的: 从天山大黄中提取总黄酮并测定其含量。 方法: 运用超声技术连续提取天山大黄总黄酮，用比色法测定总黄酮含量。 结果: 测得天山大黄中总黄酮含量0.357%，平均回收率为98.86%，RSD=1.35%(n=:6)。 结论: 首次运用超声技术从天山大黄中连续提取总黄酮、多糖，速度加快，收率提高。 关键词: 超声提取; 天山大黄; 总黄酮; 含量测定Comparlson of extract way of chromocorin Rheum wittrochii L. WANG Y an
