恒磁场对人脐动脉平滑肌细胞增殖的抑制效应

    摘 要:目的 探讨恒磁场对离体人脐动脉平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的影响. 方法 将培养至3~10代的人VSMC,分别置于磁感应强度为10,50Gs的恒磁场中培养48h,用MTT法和

    3 H-TdR掺入法检测实验组和对照组VSMC的增殖数量,流式细胞仪分析细胞周期. 结果 在恒磁场的作用下,实验组人脐动脉VSMC的增殖数量在10Gs(0.565±0.096和349±82)和50Gs(0.642±0.092和387±91)显著低于对照组(0.716±0.048和427±86)(P<0.05),而且阻止平滑肌细胞由静止期(G0 /G1 期)进入DNA合成期(S期)和有丝分裂期(G2 /M期). 结论 平均磁感应强度为10,50Gs的恒磁场抑制人脐动脉VSMC增殖,磁疗对PTCA术后冠脉再狭窄可能具有防治作用.
