【摘要】 目的 回顾研究三级医院与二级医院在乳腺癌生存率之间的差异。方法 回顾分析中日友好医院与其他几个二级医院乳腺癌患者的资料及5年生存率。结果 5年生存率多少与医院规模无明显关系。结论 与5年生存率密切相关的是早期诊断及早期治疗，而不是医院的规模。
