    摘 要:目的 观察慢性次声暴露对豚鼠听觉传出通路中重要的神经递质降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)分布的影响. 方法 豚鼠在接受次声暴露条件为8Hz,120dB SPL,1次·d-1 ,2h/次、共30d的暴露后,通过免疫组织化学ABC-GND技术,观察豚鼠在经次声致聋前后CGRP-IR阳性产物在听觉传出通路中分布的变化情况. 结果 CGRP-IR阳性产物在豚鼠听觉传出通路中较广泛存在,次声暴露后,其含量明显减少. 结论 次声可使橄榄耳蜗束对听觉传入冲动的调节水平降低,致耳蜗功能对有害因子的抵御性减弱.
