【摘要】 目的 分析乳腺癌改良根治术后，影响腋下引流量及引流液持续时间的相关因素，为减少腋下引流量及缩短引流液持续时间提供可行方法。方法 回顾性分析186例乳癌改良根治术的临床资料及腋下引流情况，总结影响引流液的量和持续时间的相关因素。结果 新辅化疗、手术临近月经期、BMI过大可明显增加腋下引流量及引流液持续时间，而保留胸大肌筋膜、采用丝线结扎和术后加压包扎可显著降低腋下引流量，采用丝线结扎可缩短引流时间。结论 注意围手术期处理、保留胸大肌筋膜、采用丝线结扎和术后加压包扎有助于减少腋下引流量。
