    摘 要:目的 研究P21 CIP1/WAF1 及Rb在人前列腺癌标本中的表达以及两者的相关性，以阐述它们与前列腺癌的病理分级及临床分期的关系. 方法 应用免疫组化SABC法染色技术对36例前列腺癌标本进行检测，观察P21 CIP1/WAF1 及Rb在前列腺癌各病理分级，临床分期中的表达及相关性. 结果 在36例人前列腺癌标本中，P21CIP1/WAF1 和Rb免疫组化阳性染色为棕黄色或棕褐色，分别定位于细胞质和细胞核，其中P21CIP1/WAF1 阳性19例，阳性率52.8%.Rb阳性17例，阳性率47.2%.在不同病理分级、临床分期之间差异均有显著性，但实验结果未发现P21 CIP1/WAF1 与Rb有显著相关性. 结论 P21CIP1/WAF1 ，Rb的表达与前列腺癌组织的病理学分级、临床分期呈负相关性，在前列腺癌分子发病机制中可能涉及到P21CIP1/WAF1 ，Rb调节通道的异常.
