[摘要] 目的: 探讨短期驻舰航行前后直升机飞行人员血浆神经肽含量变化的特点。 方法: 对17名短期驻舰海上航行(为期9d)直升机飞行人员，采用放射免疫法测定航行前后血浆LEK、DynA 1-13 、VIP和CCK的含量。 结果: 研究发现，直升机飞行人员短期驻舰航行后血浆LEK、DynA 1-13 、VIP和CCK较航行前显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。 结论: 短期海上航行对驻舰直升机飞行人员而言是一种急性应激，可导致机体神经肽分泌的变化。
