【摘要】 目的 评价介入治疗联合高频热疗治疗晚期大肠癌的临床价值。方法 32例大肠癌于3次高频热疗后行动脉灌注化疗一次，随后再行5次高频热疗。间隔4周重复上述治疗，6～8次为1个疗程。结果 随访1～3年，本组中位生存期、平均生存期和一年生存率分别为12.5个月、15.6个月和58%，是传统治疗方法的2倍。结论 动脉灌注化疗结合高频热疗应用到晚期结肠癌的治疗安全有效，不增加不良反应等优点，在晚期大肠癌的综合治疗中值得借鉴应用。

    The study of the combination interventional chemotherapy and high-frequency hyperthermia for treating late stage colorectal carcinoma

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical values of preoperative arterial infusion chemotherapy and high-frequency hyperthermia for treating late stage colorectal carcinoma.Methods 32 patients with late stage colorectal carcinoma were treated 3 times by synergetically radiofrequency heat therapy before cured with interarterial chemotherapy (IAC) for achieving better efficacy.The left 5 times high-frequency hyperthermia were performed 3 dacys after.Treatment was administered for 6～8 courses every 4 weeks for each patient.Results Follow up 1～3 years,middle survival rates,average survival rates and 1 year survival were 12.5 months,15.6 months and 58%.It was double than traditional methods.Conclusion High-frequency hyperthermia combined with interventional chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer tighter with no obvious side efects. ......
