盐酸丁卡因在不同pH溶液中的紫外吸收光谱

     【摘要】 目的 寻找盐酸丁卡因在不同pH溶液中的紫外吸收光谱特征。方法 采用紫外分光光度法。用盐酸溶液(pH<2和pH=2),水和稀酸(HCl)、稀酸(NaOH)溶液(pH3.0~9.0)制成每1ml中含盐酸丁卡因10μg的溶液,分别在200~400nm的波长处扫描。结果 盐酸丁卡因在pH<2的溶媒中于228nm的波长处有一明显的吸收峰;在pH=2的溶媒中有2个几乎相等的吸收峰分别在228nm和311nm的波长处;在pH 3.0~9.0的溶媒中盐酸丁卡因的吸收光谱发生了改变,最大吸收峰在311nm的波长处,而在228nm的波长处也有吸收。结论 盐酸丁卡因在不同pH溶液中的紫外吸收光谱可发生改变。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe tetracaine hydrochloride UV absorption spectrum in aniso-pH solutions.Methods Use hydrochloric acid as solvent (pH<2 and ph=2),water,thin hydrochloric acid and thin alkali (pH 3.0~9.0) as solvents, tetracaine hydrochloride as solute,we made different solutions in the same concentration (10μg/ml),then each solution was scanned from 200 to 400nm by UV spectrophotometer.Results The solution lysising in the solvent (pH=2) had almost equal absorption at 228nm and 311nm. But the absorption changed as the solution lysising in thin alkali (pH 3.0~9.0). The solution had the maximum absorption at 311nm and it also had absorption at 228nm.Conclusion Tetracaine hydrochloride had different UV absorption spectrums in aniso-pH solutions. ......
