【摘要】 目的 观察升清泄浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法 严格按照病例选择标准，选择50例患者进行临床研究，其中2例病人中途选择血液透析；1例行肾移植；1例病人死亡；最终选择符合标准病例46例。对46例病人治疗前后临床症状、肾功能、血生化、血脂等项目进行临床观察。结果 本组46例，显效26例，有效14例，无效6例，有效率87.0%。结论 升清泄浊汤治疗CRF患者疗效肯定，能延缓肾衰竭进程，起到保护肾功能的作用，并且随访复发率低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Shengqing Xiezhuo Tang(SQXZT) on CRF.Methods Choose 50 patients by the standard of choosing case strictly. Of these samples， 2 patients changed choice for hemodialysis before they finish the treatment， 1 patient accepted the operation of renal transplanting， 1 patient died， and 46 patients finished the study.
