     Study on quality control standards for Yu ji huo fu ye.

    【Abstract】 AIM: To develop an effective method for quality control of Yu Ji Huo Fu Ye. METHODS: The technique of TLC was used to identify Radixi Sanguisorbae, Rhizoma coptidi and Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati. The content of Emodin was determined by TLCscanning method. RESULTS: Good linearity was shown between the concentration and peak area in the concentration range of 0.1295 ~1.554 g·L-1 for Emodin. The average recovery rate was 96.35% and RSD 2.30%. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for controlling the quality of Yu Ji Huo Fu Ye.
