【摘要】 目的 观察暖宫贴在药物流产中的疗效。方法 选择在我院行药物流产的妇女(孕龄<42天)40例为A组，在口服米索前列醇后外敷暖宫贴，并取同期药流的妇女40例作为对照组B组，观察两组药流的情况，随访至下次月经后1周。结果 观察组妇女下腹痛明显减轻或缓解；完全流产率明显高于对照组；阴道流血时间较对照组明显缩短，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 暖宫贴用于药物流产安全、方便、有效，无明显副反应，可以在临床应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Warm Uterus Past in medical abortion.Methods 40 women with pregnant age less than 42 that want to medical abortion use Warm Uterus Past after they taken orally Misouprou,this women were group of observation(A),and 40 cases were collected in same time as the control group(B).Then we observe two groups in medical termination and follow visit them to a week after next menses.Results Women in group A felt bellyache evidence lighten or relief;their complete abortion rate is significant higher than that of B;the time of vaginal bleeding is significant shorter than that B(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm Uterus Past in medical abortion was safe,convenience,efficiency and no evidence side reaction,so it can be used in clinical. ......
