Abstract
AIM:To investigate the levels of CD11c+ and CD123+ dendritic cells in the peripheral blood and their associations with hepatic injury in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC).
METHODS:The percentages of CD11c+ and CD123+ dendritic cells in the peripheral blood from patients with PBC (n = 40), other hepatic diseases (n = 40) and normal individuals (n = 30) were measured by flow cytometry.
