【摘要】 目的 探讨对精神病患者进行开放式病区护理和管理的治疗和康复的影响。方法 对精神科实行开放式病区护理和管理及开展各种训练。结果 开放式病区护理和管理提高了治疗和康复的效果。结论 多年来，对于精神病患者实行开放式病区管理，是提高治疗和康复的有效方式，同时也提高了患者对医院的服务和技术的满意。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore whether management and nursing in open ward of psychiatry had effect on rehabilitation and treatment of psychiatric patients.Methods Open management,nursing and some training were performed in psychiatric ward.Results Management and nursing in open ward of psychiatry improved the effect of rehabilitation and treatment.Conclusion Management and nursing in open ward of psychiatry have better effect on rehabilitation and treatment and make patients have more satisfaction with service and perfesional skills in hospital.
