【摘要】 目的 通过观察糖尿病患者老年性白内障和老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞(lens epithelial cells,LECS)形态学的变化，探讨糖尿病患者老年性白内障发生的相关机制。方法 收集16例糖尿病患者的老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为两组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察；对照组取16例老年性白内障眼的晶状体前囊膜上皮分为3组，15例进行HE染色，光学显微镜观察，1例制片电镜观察。结果 (1)糖尿病患者老年性白内障组晶状体上皮细胞形态改变明显，细胞发生明显凋亡和异常增殖。(2)对照组老年性白内障组晶状体上皮细胞形态学改变与细胞凋亡、异常增殖发生不明显。结论 与老年性白内障相比：糖尿病老年患者晶状体前囊膜上皮细胞凋亡发生几率高，有大量细胞增殖。晶状体前囊膜上皮细胞凋亡可能是糖尿病患者老年障形成的形态学基础。

    Experimental study on morphological changes in diabetic senile cataract and senile cataract

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe morphological changes of lens epithelial cells(LECs)in diabetic senile cataract,in order to investigate the pathogenic mechanism of diabetic cataract.Methods 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsules of diabetic senile cataract were divided into two groups,15 were stained with HE and examined with light microscopy.1 was examined with transmissional electron microscope.The same examination in 16 epithelials of lens anterior capsule in senile cataract was carried out.Results Morphological changes occurred markedly in diabetic senile cataract. Apoptotic of lens epithelial is the morphological base of senile diabetic cataracts.Conclusion Comparing with senile cataract:(1)Percentage of a poptotic and proliferative was markedly increased.(2)Apoptotic of lens epithelial is the morphological base of diabetic senile cataracts. ......
