【摘要】 目的 观察注射用盐酸头孢吡肟体外抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂双倍稀释法并与头孢曲松比较；结果 头孢吡肟对32种83株呼吸、泌尿系统感染菌株的体外抗菌活性明显；结论 头孢吡肟具有较显著的体外抗菌作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the antibacterial activity of cefepime injection in vitro. Methods Agar double dilution were adopted and the results were compared with that of ceftriaxone.Results There was a obvious vitro antibacterial activity of cefepime injection on 83 strains, 32 species of respiratory, urinary system.Conclusion Cefepime injection has a significant vitro antibacterial function.
