【摘要】 目的 了解2001～2004年布吉镇新生儿卡介苗接种质量。方法 对2001～2004年布吉人民医院、布吉预防保健所新生儿卡介苗接种报表和质量监测结果进行分析。结果 新生儿卡介苗接种率、接种后12周结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物阳转率、PPD反应平均直径、卡痕率、卡痕平均直径等指标均较稳定。结论 深圳市龙岗区布吉镇新生儿卡介苗接种工作质量较高并保持稳定。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Buji town from 2000 to 2004.Methods To analyze the data of neonatal BCG vaccination and quality surveillance.Results The indications of BCG vaccination rates the PPD positive rate after 12 weeks BCG vaccination,the rate of BCG scar,the mean values of diameter of induration in PPD skin test and that of BCG vaccination,the were stable.Conclusion The quality of neonatal BCG vaccination in Shenzhen Longgang District Buji Town was good and indications in relation to surveillance were stable.
