【摘要】 目的 探索单层螺旋CT在增强扫描时的最佳期相设置条件。方法 对180例不同身高、体重的患者采用“三定”即定速、定量、定时间的检查方法进行检查。结果 在对动脉期、门脉期的动态扫描研究发现：动脉期在22～25s、门脉期在55～60s之间时可得到理想图像。结论 选用该期扫描可获得满意的影像学资料信息，对明确诊断具有非常重要的价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal time during the liver-enhancing scanning.Methods 180 patients were scanned at a certain speed,volume of the contrast and certain time.Results The peak enhancing time of the hepatic artery phase was 22～25s,and the potal vein phase was 55～60s.Conclusion The dual scanning can provide detailed and important information for clinician.
