【摘要】 目的 探讨三孔缝合打结法在腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA)中的可行性及应用。方法 在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中，应用三孔丝线缝合及结扎的方法处理阑尾根部、包埋阑尾残端。结果 32例患者中无一例中转开腹，均顺利完成LA手术，无其他术中、术后并发症。结论 常规丝线缝合结扎的方法在腹腔镜阑尾切除术中是可行的，是一种经济、安全、有效的术式。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and application of laparoscopic appendectomy by silk suture with three trocars.Methods The root of vermiform appendix was stitched up and enwrapped in laparoscopic appendectomy by silk stitches.Results Of the 32 cases,none of them changed to laparotomy.All operations were completed as planned.There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications.Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy by silk suture is a safe,economy and effective surgical procedure.
