    Abstract

    AIM: To isolate the differentially methylated DNA sequences between gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa.

    METHODS: The differentially methylated DNA sequences between gasrtic cancer and normal gastric mucosa were isolated by methylation-sensitive presentational difference analysis (MS-RDA).
