     摘要：目的建立复鲨胶囊中苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果线性范围为2.2～11.0 μg/ml，平均回收率为99.02%，RSD＝1.96%。结论该法可作为复鲨胶囊中苦参碱含量的测定和作为该制剂质量控制的方法之一。

    Determination the content of Matrine in Complex Shark Cartilage Capsules

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for determination the content of matrine in complex shark cartilage capsule. MethodsThe content of matrine was determined by TLCS with dual wavelength scanning.ResultsThe linear ranges of matrine was 2.2～11.0μg/ml. The mean rate of recovery was 99.02% and the RSD was 1.96%.ConclusionThe method can determine the content of matrine exactly. The method is simple and reliable for the quality control of complex shark cartilage capsule.

    复方鲨鱼软骨素胶囊(以下简称：复鲨胶囊)系福州市海洋生物工程研究开发中心拟在原医院制剂的基础上研发的中药新药，由鲨鱼软骨素和黄芪、苦参、白芍、地龙等数味中药组成的复方制剂[1]，有关该制剂的前期药效学研究作者曾作过报道[23]。本研究以苦参碱为指标，采用TLCS进行含量测定，为该制剂的主要活性成份之一的质量控制指标提供实验依据。
