【摘要】 目的 观察雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 将80例反流性食管炎患者随机分为2组：雷贝拉唑组40例，口服雷贝拉唑20mg,qd；奥美拉唑对照组40例，口服奥美拉唑20mg,bid。疗程均为6周。结果 雷贝拉唑治疗组可明显降低反流性食管炎症状的积分，症状完全缓解率为95.0%，并可明显改善内镜下食管炎分级。疗效与奥美拉唑相似，且不良反应少。结论 口服雷贝拉唑治疗反流性食管炎近期疗效明显、安全可靠。

    Observation of the efficiency in the near future of rabeprazole orally in treatment of reflux esophagitis

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe clinical efficiency and adverse reaction of rabeprazole in the treatment of RE.Methods 80 patients with RE were randomly divided into 2 groups:40 patients were in rabeprazole group,20mg rabeprazole was taken orally,qd;40 patients were in omeprazole control group,20mg omeprazole was taken orally,bid.Every course of treatment was 6 weeks.Results Rabeprazole treatment group obviously decreases symptom integral of RE,complete remission rate of the symptoms was 95.0%,it could also obviously improve grading of esophagitis under endoscope.Its efficiency was similar to that of omeprazole,and adverse reaction was less.Conclusion The efficiency in the near future of rabeprazole orally in the treatment of RE is obvious,safe and reliable. ......
