正坤液外用治疗尖锐湿疣47例

摘 要：目的 探讨天然药物复方正坤液治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效。 方法 临床诊断尖锐湿疣47例，外用天然药物制剂局部涂擦及阴道带药。 结果 47例全部治愈。其中10例人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)经PCR检测HPV-DNA阳性，经治疗后全部转阴。 结论 天然药物单独外用疗法治疗CA效果满意，其中对HPV病毒转阴、亚临床感染灶消除效果独特。关 键 词：人乳头瘤病毒；尖锐湿疣；中药
Clinic study on Zheng Kun Colloid antiCondyloma cuminatum

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of Zheng Kun Colloid antiCA. Methods clinic 49 cases with CA was external treated with the Zheng Kun Colloid. Results All cases recovered, and 10 cases' HPV-DNA changed negatively. Conclusion External treatment with the Zheng Kun Colloid could get a good result, and had a special effect of transformation of HPV-DNA.
