Abstract In current hospital administration,spiritual civilization and honesty-credit are one of the important factors related with the success of medical system reformation.We realize that promotion hospital spiritual civilization is the ideological pillar of hospital development, honesty-credit education is the soul of hospital spiritual civilization,and moral norm is the groundwork of honesty-credit education.We must construct the physician-patient relationships of harmony society by honesty-credit.
