摘 要：[目的]评价经椎弓根单椎体复位系统内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂的临床疗效。[方法]应用中华长城钉钩系统节段内固定及植骨治疗腰椎峡部裂17例，12例为单纯腰椎峡部裂患者；5例伴有腰椎Ⅰ°滑脱，3例为合并椎间盘突出的患者。SF系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂9例，2例伴有腰椎Ⅰ°滑脱。[结果]26例经12个月~5 a(平均28个月)随访，按Henderson标准评价，优良率：中华长城钉钩系统节段内固定组为100%，SF系统节段内固定组889%，总优良率962%。[结论]单椎体复位固定系统节段内固定治疗腰椎峡部裂固定可靠，骨融合率高，是一种有效的方法。关键词：固定； 腰椎峡部裂； 中华长城钉钩系统； SF系统
Treatment of spondyloschisis with transpedicle single vertebra reduction and fixation system

Abstract：[Objective]To evaluate the effect of transpedicle single vertebra reduction and fixation system in treating lumbar spondyloschisis[Method]A total of 26 cases of spondyloschisis were divided into 2 groups:In group I,17 cases were treated with the China Great Wall(CGW)pedicle screw system to fix the lumbar spine after bone grafting,in this group,12 cases had simple spondyloschisis,5 were combined with spondylolisthesis,3 were combined with lumbar disc herniation;In group Ⅱ,9 cases were treated with SF system,in this group,2 cases were combined with Ⅰ spondylolisthesis[Result]All patients were followed up for an average of 28 monthsAccording to Henderson classification,the satisfactory rate in CGW and CF group were 100% and 889% respectivelyThe total satisfactory rate was 962%[Conclusion]Single vertebra reduction and fixation system has such advantages as stronger fixing strength and higher fusion rateFixation with CGW is more effective and reliable in the treatment of spondyloschisis ......
