【摘要】 目的 观察广西藤茶提取物(简称TTF)体外抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用MTT法，观察TTF及含药血清对肉瘤细胞(S180)、肝癌细胞(H22)、白血病细胞株(L1210)的细胞毒性及对细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果 TTF及其含药血清在体外对S180细胞、H22细胞和L1210细胞均有明显的抑制作用。结论 TTF体外具有抑制S180、H22、L1210肿瘤细胞增殖，且对S180细胞株的作用明显优于对H22、L1210的作用。
