镍钛合金钛与钛铌涂层防止Ni2+析出的体内实验研究

     摘要:[目的]探讨镍钛合金(NiTi)表面金属钛(Ti)、钛铌合金(TiNb)涂层后对Ni2+析出的影响。[方法]成年犬18只,随机分为4组,NiTi组、Ti涂层组、TiNb涂层组各5只,空白组3只,分别于骶棘肌内和股骨内植入立方体试件和圆柱型试件各10枚,12个月后处死取材,用石墨炉原子吸收仪分别检测心、肝、脾,肺、肾、脑、骨、鼻咽粘膜、血液、肌肉、试件周围的骨组织和肌肉组织的Nit2+含量。[结果]非修饰的NiTi组试件周围的骨组织和肌肉组织的Ni2+含量与同组同种组织、异组同种组织的Ni2+含量有显著差异(P<005)。[结论]本试验初步证明,NiTi表面金属钛、钛铌合金涂层起到了防止Ni2+析出的作用。

    Surface coating of Nitinol of titanium or titaniumniobium alloy to prevent separation of Ni2+ in vivo

    Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the influence of modifying the surface of Nitinol by the coating of titanium or titaniumniobium alloy on separation of Nii2+ in vivo[Method]Eighteen adult dogs were divided randomly into 4 groups:Niti (5 dogs),Ti (5 dogs),TiNb (5 dogs),blank (3 dogs)Ten pieces of cubic implantation were put into sacrospinalis and 10 pieces of cylinder ones were put into femurs in each dog,the materials were obtained by sacrificing the dogs 12 months after the experiment,and the concentration of Nii2+ in hearts,livers,spleens,lungs,kidneys,brains,bones,mucous membrane of snasopharynx,bloods,muscles,tissues of bone near implantation and tissues of muscle near implantation were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS)[Result]Obvious difference (P<005)of the concentration of Nii2+ were found between the tissues in the group of NiTi and the tissues in other groups[Conclusion]The experiment preliminarily proves that the coating of Ti or TiNb on the surface of Nitinol could stop separating Nii2+ from Nitinol ......
