     Determination of Fluconazol Eye Drops by fluorospectrophotometry

    【Abstract】 AIM: To determine Fluconazol Eye Drops by fluorospectrophotometry. METHODS: The excitation wavelength was 261 nm, emission wavelength 284 nm and bandpass 5 nm. The PM gain was normal and time scanning speed was 10 nm/min. RESULTS: The Fluconazol was linear in the range of 0.002-0.026 g/L for Fluconazol (r=0.9998). The recovery rate for the three concentration were 99.4%, 100.6% and 100.8% respectively, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) of the method were 0.38%, 0.63% and 0.56%, respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is easy, accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fluconazol Eye Drops. ......
