快速斑点免疫渗滤试验诊断日本血吸虫病的初步研究

     【摘要】 目的 探讨快速斑点免疫渗滤试验(FDIFA)诊断日本血吸虫病的实用价值,寻找适用于该实验的最佳诊断抗原。方法 (1)分别制备日本血吸虫雌、雄成虫及虫卵粗抗原与组分抗原,并预制成抗原片。(2)采用FDIFA和常规ELISA法分别检测血吸虫病患者血清33份,健康人血清32份,肝吸虫病、肺吸虫病及猪囊虫病患者血清各5份,比较了日本血吸虫雌、雄虫及虫卵抗原的敏感性和特异性。(3)以χ2检验作统计学处理和分析。结果 日本血吸虫雌、雄成虫及虫卵的组分抗原用于FDIFA,其敏感性好于粗抗原,且特异性亦较好;同时,雄虫抗原好于雌虫抗原,虫卵抗原好于成虫抗原,但它们之间并差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 日本血吸虫卵组分抗原用于FDIFA诊断日本血吸虫病,具有较好的敏感性和特异性;但抗原分离、纯化方法及实验过程仍需进一步优化。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore diagnostic effect of schistosomiasis japonicum by fast-dot-immunofiltration assay(FDIFA) and look for optimal antigens to diagnose this disease.Methods The rough and fractional antigens of male and female and egg of Schistosoma japonicum were prepared. FDIFA and routine ELISA were applied to detecting patient serums of 33 schistosomiasis and 32 healthy controls and other parasitoses (15 cases). Compared the sensitivity and specificity of these antigens.Results All fractional antigens have good sensitivity and specificity.Conclusion Fractional antigens of egg of Schistosoma japonicum may be applied to diagnosis of schistosomiasis.FDIFA was a good method for diagnosis of schistosomiasis. ......
