脑血管病发生发展中神经降压素的变化

    【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the role of plasma neurotensin (NT) change in the development of cerebral vascular diseases (CVD). METHODS: The content of plasma NT was measured by radioimmunoassay in 159 patients with CVD during acute and recovery phases. RESULTS: The peak value of plasma NT concentrations in acute phase were significantly increased in cerebral hemorrhage (CH, 63.37±27.54) ng/L, P<0.05, compared with that of control group (46.75±5.15) ng/L. The concentrations of plasma NT 30 d after the onset of CH were still higher than those in control group (P<0.05). But the peak value of plasma NT concentrations in patents with cerebral infarction (CI, 38.69±11.73) ng/L,P<0.05 were lower than those in control group (46.75±5.15) ng/L, P<0.05. There was not difference in NT concentrations between patients with CI 10 d after the onset and control group (P>0.05). CONCLUSION: NT may play some important roles in the development of CVD and dynamical observation of the changes in plasma NT may be of some help in assessing the changes of CVD. ......
