    【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the changes of the concentration of Ca2+ and NFκB expression in PC12 cells following ischemiareperfusion injury. METHODS: The subcultured PC12 cells were exposed to ischemiareperfusion injury in the special device. The changes of the concentration of Ca2+ under different conditions were measured by confocal laser scanning microscope, and the expression of NFκB was measured by immunocytochemical method and flow cytometry. RESULTS: The concentration of Ca2+ and expression of NFκB of the ischemiareperfusion groups were both higher than those of the control groups, and reached the peak 30 minutes after reperfusion. CONCLUSION: Ca2+ and NFκB may play some important roles in ischemiareperfusion injury of PC12.
