体外循环全身热疗对血流动力学的影响

     摘要:目的 研究体外循环全身热疗对血流动力学的影响。方法 选择恶性肿瘤患者38例,观察体外循环全身热疗中的升温期、平台期、降温期对病人血压和心率的影响。结果温度升高对病人的血压和心率有明显的影响,主要为血压下降、心率上升,随着温度的下降而逐渐恢复到术前水平。结论 体外循环全身热疗对病人血压和心率有明显的影响,但只要维持适度的麻醉和采用必要的血管活性药物及有效的监测是可以保证病人生命安全,顺利完成体外循环全身热疗的治疗。

    The Effect of Extracorporeal Whole Body Hyperthermia on the Blood Steam Dynamics

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the influence of extracorporeal whole body hyperthermia (EWBH) on blood stream dynamics.METHODS 38 malignant tumor patients were chosen. Blood pressure and heart rate were observed during three temperature phases of the EWBH procedure; warming, maintained target and return to normal temperatures. RESULTS Raising body temperature has an obvious influence on blood pressure and the heart rate, The main clinical manifestation is an increase in heart rate and a fall in blood pressure. These are gradually restored to the pre-treatment level as the body temperature returns to normal.CONCLUSION EWBH has an obvious influence on the blood pressure and heart rate. The maintainance of moderate anaesthesia and the use of appropriate vasopressors with effective and reliable pressure monitoring allows us to guarantee a safe and smooth EWBH procedure. ......
