     Effects of EGB on proliferation of human umbilical venous endothelial cells

    【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the effects of EGB on the proliferation of human umbilical venous endothelial cells (HUVECs) so as to explore the feasibility of EGB (extract of ginkgo biloba) in the treatment of coronary restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) and intracoronary stent implantation. METHODS: HUVECs were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 100 mL/L fetal bovine serum and treated with different concentrations of EGB. The effects of EGB on the proliferation of HUVECs were observed with 3HTdR incorporation method and cell cycle analysis. RESULTS: ①3HTdR incorporation was(19.4±1.5) ......
