The preparation of antiª²CD3/antiCyclinD1, bispecific monoclonal antibodise And killing effect on the endometrial carcinoma cells

    ¡¾Abstract¡¿ AIM: To investigate and prepare antiª²CD3 and antiª²CyclinD1 BsAb and to discuss the feasibility of treating the cervical cancer with active immunity. METHODS: The mAb of antiª²CD3 and antiª² CyclinD1 were crossª²linked to be the bispecific monoclonal antibodies (BsAb), which induced the killing effects on the cells of endometrial carcinoma. RESULTS: The killing rate of the bispecific monoclonal antibody induced effect cells to target cells was 61.23%, which was higher than that of the antiª²CD3 (42.15%)(P<0. 01). This killing rate enhanced along with the elevation of efectª²target radio (78.96%). CONCLUSION: The bispecific monoclonal antibody, crossª²linked by BsAb of antiª²CD3 and antiª²CyclinD1 has the clinical feasibility of treating the endometrial carcinoma with active immunity. ......
