【摘要】 目的 了解某海关公务员身体健康状况及疾病谱规律，为该人群预防保健工作提供依据。 方法 对2004年某海关公务员疾病谱采用顺位及构成比法进行分析研究。 结果 在参加体检的4038人中，发现144种疾病，共14624人次;人均检出患病种次为3.66次。其中代谢性疾病及心血管疾病的患病年龄呈年轻化趋势，并随年龄增长而上升。早期甲状腺癌和宫颈癌各1例。 结论 海关公务员健康状况值得关注，应加强此类人群的健康教育和行为干预，以提高健康水平。
