    不同干燥方式对当归质量的影响

    摘要:目的:考察 3 种不同干燥方式对当归质量的影响。方法:采用薄层色谱、高效液相色谱挥发油测定和醇浸出物测定

    方法。结果:3 种样品中所含成分一致 ,但挥发油及阿魏酸的含量有明显差异 ,以熏干品中含量最高。结论:干燥方式以

    熏干为佳。

    ABSTRACT : AIM: To study the effect of three kinds of drying methods on quality of Radix Angelicae Sinensis.

    METHODS : TLC , HPLC determination of volatile Oil and ethanol2ext ractives were used. RESULTS: The con2

    stitutent s in three kinds of dried samples are the same , the content s of volatile oil and ferulic acid have evident

    difference in three kinds of aried samples. The content of fumed sample is the highest . CONCLUSION: The

    fuming method is the best drying one.

    当归为伞形科植物 A ngel ica sinensis (Olive. )

    Diels的干燥根 ,含有以阿魏酸为指标成分的多种有

    效成分 ,具补血活血 ,调经止痛 ,润肠通便等功

    效[1 ]。影响药材质量及功效的环节很多 ,干燥方式

    也是影响因素之一。近年来 ,甘肃省在岷县建立了

    当归规范化种植( GAP)基地。为监控基地当归的质

    量 ,我们采用薄层色谱 ( TLC) 、高效液相色谱

    (HPLC)等方法对 3 种不同干燥方式制得的样品进

    行了定性、定量研究 ,结果表明 ,3 种样品中所含成

    分一致 ,但挥发油及阿魏酸的含量有明显差异 ......
