    不同产地丹参中有效成分的含量比较

    摘 要:用索氏提取法提取丹参的水溶性有效成分 ,用冷浸法提取丹参的酯溶性有效成分 ,以 HPLC法测得的丹

    参素、丹参酮 Ⅱ A和原儿茶醛含量为考察指标 ,对全国几个著名的丹参药材基地种植的丹参中丹参素、原儿茶醛

    和丹参酮 Ⅱ A的含量及其稳定性进行了比较。不同产地丹参有效成分含量有较大差异。河南和四川产的丹参

    中酚酸类化合物含量最高 ,每克药材丹参素含量分别为 19179 mg和 20135 mg ,每克药材原儿茶醛含量分别为

    5158 mg和4135 mg ,贵州铜仁地区产的丹参丹参酮 Ⅱ A含量最高 ,每克药材达014 mg。

    Abstract :In this paper ,DanShen Su ,protocate chaldehyde and tanshinone Ⅱ 2A contents in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from

    some DanShen planting bases were compared 1The water2soluble components in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was extracted by

    Suo2Shi extraction way and the fat2soluble components was extracted by cold 2soaked extraction way 1DanShen Su ,protocate

    chaldehyde and tanshinone Ⅱ 2A contents were determined by HPLC. The contents of salvianolic acid in Radix Salviae Miltior 2

    rhizae from Henan and Sichuan is relatively high 1The content of DanShen Su were 19179 mg and 20135 mg in every gram crude

    中药丹参为唇形科植物丹参 Salvia miltiorrhiza

    Bge1的干燥根及根茎 ,全国大部分地区均产。该药

    材味苦、微温 ,具活血化淤、安神宁心之效。有效成

    分达30余种[1 ]

    ,大致分脂溶性和水溶性两类。水溶

    性成分有增加冠脉流量、抗心肌缺氧等作用 ,其中原

    儿茶醛为抗心绞痛有效成分 ,丹参素是治疗冠心病

    的主要成分[2 ]。由于其对心血管系统的特殊作用 ,被广泛应用于临床 ,很多研制单位仍在继续探索丹

    参的新工艺制剂。而纯中药制剂丹参酮具有抗菌、抑菌、抗炎、消肿、拟生理雌激素等作用 ,可广泛用于

    各种外科、五官科等感染及妇科和痤疮等疾患 ,无耐

    药性及毒副作用[3 ] ......
