    摘要: 目的: 研究不同产地栀子的质量。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法, 对栀子中栀子苷的含量进行测定。结果: 大部分产地

    栀子的栀子苷含量高于《中国药典》标准, 最高含量为 4. 28% ,最低为 1. 01%。结论: 大部分产地的栀子为合格药材, 其中

    湖南和江西产的栀子中栀子苷含量较高。

    Abstract : Object ive: To study the quality of F ructus Gardeniae f rom different sources . Methods : HPLC w as used to

    determ ine the content of the gardenoside of f ructus Gardeniae . Resul ts : The content of the gardenoside of most f ructus

    Gardeniae samp les are h igher than the criterion of Pharmacopoeia, the h ighest is 4. 28% and the low est is 1. 01%.

    Conclusion:Most samp les of F ructus Gardeniae are cert if ied . The samp les f rom Hunan p rovince and J iangxi p rovince are

    bet ter .
