    不同产地枸杞子微量元素测定

    摘要: 目的:测定宁夏、内蒙、河北、山东 4 地枸杞子药材中 Zn、 Cu、 Mn、 Pb、 As 5种微量元素含量 ,为药材质量

    评价提供依据。方法:湿法消化 ,用原子吸收分光光度计测定。结果:河北、山东产枸杞子有益金属 Zn、 Cu、Mn及有害金属 Pb、 As含量均略高于宁夏、内蒙 ,但无显著差异。宁夏枸杞子中 Zn Cu较其它产地略高。

    Determinining the trace elements of Frutus Lycii from thedifferent producing areas

    Abstract : Objective : This paper determines the contents of the five trace elements (Zn、 Cu、 Mn、 Pb、 As) of the drug Frutus Lycii from

    Ningxia ,Neimeng ,Hebei and Shandongin in order to provide the proof for the evalution of the quality of the drug. Methods :Digestion

    of waterish method and using the atomic absorbing spectrophotometer to determine the contents. Result : The contents of the beneficial

    metals (Zn、 Cu、 Mn) and the harmful metals ( Pb、 As) of Fructus Lycii from Hebei and Shandong are both higher than those form

    Ningxia and Neimeng. but the difference is not distinct .

    枸杞子为茄科植物枸杞子的干燥成熟果实。

    具有补肾益精 ,滋肝明目等功效 ,用于治疗肾虚经

    血不足所致头晕目眩、神经衰弱、腰膝酸痛以及肝

    血不足所致视物昏花等证 ,近年来 ,用于治疗肝病

    及糖尿病亦取得不错的疗效。枸杞子原产于河北 ,后发现宁夏、甘肃、新疆有野生。本品疗效好 ,且为

    食疗佳品 ,故市场供不应求。由于枸杞对生长环境

    适应性较强 ,现全国各地均有栽培 ,但药材枸杞品

    质参差不齐。决定药物疗效的物质基础是其所含

    的化学成分 ,其中的微量元素对其临床疗效也具有

    一定的作用。现代研究证实:Zn、 Cu对蛋白质合成

    有积极作用 ,Zn具有能促进儿童脑发育 ,增强记忆

    力等作用 ,Mn 元素具有强壮及抗衰老作用 ,Pb、 As

    的含量是重金属污染的指标 ......
