何首乌生品及不同炮制品的抗氧化活性研究

摘 要 目的:研究何首乌生品及不同炮制品的抗氧化活性。方法:采用化学发光法对何首乌生品及不同炮制品清除自由基的能力
进行比较。结果:以发光抑制率表示超氧化物歧化酶的活性,结果发光抑制率从高到低依次为生品、黑豆制品、清蒸品、黑豆加酒制
品 ,即何首乌生品的抗氧化活性最高。结论:如果能采取一种炮制方法仅破坏何首乌的泻下成分而保留其有效成分,则能增强其补
益效果,充分发挥其抗衰老作用。

ABSTRACT OBJ ECTIVE : To st udy t he antioxidation activit y of different processed p roduct s of polygonum multiflorum

in eliminating f ree radical were st udied and compared by chemical luminescent technique1RESUL TS : The luminescent inhibi2
tion ratio was used to represent t he activit y of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,t he result showed t hat t he ratio of luminescent in2
hibition of t he crude sample of polygonum multiflorum t hunb ranked t he top ,i1e1t he crud sample had t he highest antioxidation
activity , t hen t he black bean p roduct , p roduct t hat steamed in clear soup and t hat steamed in black bean alcohol solu2
tion1CONCLUSION : If one can develop a p reparation met hod in which only t he p urgative component of polygonum multiflo2
rum t hunb were dest royed while t he effective component s remained ,t he tonification f unction of which can be enhanced and t he
anti - aging effect of which can be brought into f ull play1

的干燥块根。《开宝本草》称其有“益血气,黑须发,悦颜色”的作

,何首乌提取液能降低心、肝、脑等组织中脂质
过氧化物 (L PO) 的含量, 提高机体组织细胞超氧化物歧化酶
(SOD)的活性以及减少氧自由基对组织细胞的损害。何首乌有生
品、炮制品之分,用途不同 (何首乌生品具有解毒、消痈、润肠通
便、补益力弱的功效,而何首乌炮制品则为补肝肾、益精血、乌须
发、强筋骨的滋补良药) ,炮制品又包括清蒸品、黑豆制品和黑豆
加酒制品 ......
